1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing or downloading a Product from sellwebpro, the User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product in accordance with this License Agreement.

This License does not constitute a sale of the Product. All ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of sellwebpro or the original rights holder.

The license is granted solely for the purposes expressly permitted under this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

The User may use the Products for the following purposes:

a. Personal Use

Use the Product for personal projects, educational purposes, testing, or other non-commercial activities.

b. Commercial Use

Use the Product in commercial projects, including but not limited to:

Websites
Client projects
Marketing and advertising materials
Business presentations
Digital products used within a broader service or project

Provided that the Product is not resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or made available as a standalone or extractable file.

c. Modification and Customization

The User may modify, adapt, or customize the Product to suit their needs, provided that the final use remains compliant with this License Agreement.

d. Single-User License

Unless otherwise stated, each Product is licensed for one individual user only. The User may install and use the Product on multiple devices, provided that only the licensed User has access to it.

4. License Types

Each Product listing on sellwebpro specifies the applicable license type. Available license types may include:

a. Personal License

Permitted for personal and non-commercial use only
Not permitted for client work, resale, or redistribution

b. Standard Commercial License

Permitted for commercial use by one business or for one client
Limited to a defined number of projects, end products, impressions, or users, as specified on the Product page

c. Extended Commercial License

Permitted for unlimited commercial use
Allows use for multiple clients and large-scale distribution
Required for SaaS platforms, template resale, or mass-market products

IIf the intended use falls outside these license types, the User must request a custom license.

1. Can I use the Product for client projects?

Yes. You may use the Product for client work only if you purchase a Standard Commercial License or Extended Commercial License. The Product must be incorporated into a broader project and may not be delivered as a standalone or extractable file.

2. Can I modify or customize the Product?

Yes. You are allowed to modify, edit, and customize the Product to fit your project needs. However, the modified Product remains subject to this License and may not be claimed as your own intellectual property.

3. Can I use one license for multiple clients or businesses?

No. A Standard Commercial License allows use for one business or one client only.
If you wish to use the Product for multiple clients, multiple businesses, or unlimited projects, you must purchase an Extended Commercial License.

4. Can I share the Product with my team or collaborators?

No. Each individual user must have their own license, unless a multi-user or extended license is explicitly stated on the Product page.

5. Can I resell the Product or include it in a product for sale?

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product on its own or in a way that allows extraction or reuse.
You may use the Product as part of a larger commercial project or service, provided it is not the main value of the product being sold.

6. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
